I’m Caitlin, a personal trainer and online coach who helps women lose fat, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies without extreme diets or shrinking themselves to fit unrealistic standards. I believe in proper fuel, progressive training, and building a body you trust, not punish. My coaching is about long-term results, confidence in the gym, and becoming strong in every sense of the word.

6 WEEK COLLECTIVE:
The 6 Week Collective is designed for women who are ready to lose body fat, build muscle, and feel stronger and more confident without extreme diets or hours of cardio.
This isn’t a “quick fix” challenge. It’s structured coaching that helps you create realistic habits, improve your relationship with training and food, and finally learn how to train in a way that actually gets results.
Over the 6 weeks, you’ll receive:
